Group chat where every message costs a pigeon. Send one, and you can't send another until it flies home.
After you send a message, you can't send another until your pigeon flies home. Its flight time depends on your distance from the group's meeting point (everyone's average location): 2 minutes up close, capped at 10 minutes far away.
If you share your location, we read it once and store approximate coordinates (about 100 m) only to compute that flight time. Nothing is shown on a map and nothing leaves your group.
Skipping is fine: your pigeon just always takes the 2-minute minimum route, and you won't pull the group's meeting point toward you.
